Hello, I'm Breanne Balser, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a unique perspective—I’ve been both a patient and a practitioner. I understand firsthand the fear and discomfort that food can cause. My personal journey with IBS and food sensitivities has shaped my approach, making me passionate about helping others find comfort and trust with food.

 

I help clients who struggle with IBS, food sensitivities, and bloating. My mission is to guide you toward balanced, healthy eating patterns tailored to your unique needs. Using evidence-based nutrition methods, I aim to help you achieve a sustainable and enjoyable approach to eating.

Why I’m Passionate About Nutrition

My passion for nutrition began with my father’s health challenges, including high blood pressure and cholesterol. Helping him make simple dietary changes and seeing his health improve inspired me to pursue a career in nutrition. Although he has passed, his journey continues to motivate me to deepen my knowledge and share it with others, especially in preventing, treating, and managing nutrition-related conditions.
