IBS Management
I love to help individuals manage IBS through personalized nutrition coaching, focusing on tailored Elimination Diets and FODMAP strategies. As a person who has suffered with IBS symptoms and navigated treatment on my own, I get excited when I get to help someone else through it! (We don’t have to go through it alone!) I help you by identifying trigger foods and implementing sustainable dietary changes, I guide clients in reducing symptoms and improving their quality of life. My approach is compassionate and evidence-based, ensuring that each client receives the support they need to build a positive relationship with food while effectively managing their IBS.
Children with ADD or ADHD
Navigating eating habits can be a challenge, especially for children adapting to new medications or lifestyle changes. I’m passionate about helping children who face difficulties with what to eat, when to eat, and how to make food choices that nurture their bodies. My approach centers on creating a positive relationship with food, setting your child up for lifelong healthy eating habits.

Lifestyle Reset Program - My Signature Course
Transform your health from the inside out with a holistic approach that integrates mindset, movement, and nourishment. Over 9 weeks, we'll redefine your relationship with food, develop mindfulness around eating, and create sustainable habits that align with your goals. You'll receive personalized coaching, journal prompts, and educational handouts to guide you through the process.
