Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Having a sensitive stomach has been something I have been learning to live with for the past few years. One of the staples in my diet is pumpkin puree. I know its January but personally, I can always go for some pumpkin spice flavored drinks! Am I right?


I created this unique recipe based on my dietary needs and what makes me feel good!


Recipe - Pumpkin pie smoothie

Ingredients - Pumpkin puree, cinnamon, turmeric, pepper, honey, ice cubes, almond milk

1/2 cup unsweetened pumpkin puree

dash of cinnamon

dash of turmeric

dash of pepper

tablespoon of honey

4 ice cubes

almond milk

** Just wing it and adjust flavors and thickness to your preference


Nutrients -

Pumpkin puree - Vitamin A

Cinnamon and turmeric - Inflammation and lowering blood pressure, blood thinner

Pepper - Needed to activate turmeric

Honey - Flavor and Antioxidants
